Look, we're not gonna lie - some of these projects kept us up at night (in a good way, mostly). Each one taught us something different, pushed our boundaries a bit further. From Victorian homes that needed some serious TLC to sleek commercial spaces where we got to play with sustainable tech, it's been quite the journey.

Victorian Home Restoration

The Thornhill Victorian

Honestly, this 1890s beauty was in rough shape when we first walked through. Water damage, questionable '70s additions, the works. Spent 14 months bringing her back while keeping that original charm intact.

Eco Office Complex

Greenvale Office Hub

Client wanted net-zero, and we delivered. Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, geothermal - the whole nine yards. Pretty proud of how this one turned out.

Eco-Friendly Residence

Lakeview Passive House

First certified passive house we did - learned a ton about air sealing and insulation details. Owner's energy bills are basically pocket change now.

Bank Building Conversion

Old Commerce Bank Retrofit

Turning a 1920s bank into a boutique hotel was trickier than we thought. Those vault doors stayed though - now they're part of the lobby feature wall.

Urban Green Space

Junction Triangle Community Space

What used to be an abandoned industrial lot is now where the neighborhood actually hangs out. Green infrastructure, native plants, and spaces people actually use - not just look at.

Contemporary Home

Rosedale Modern Addition

Client wanted more space but didn't wanna mess with the neighborhood vibe. Tucked this contemporary addition in the back - you can't even see it from the street.

Farm-to-Table Bistro

All reclaimed materials for this one. Barn wood from Niagara, salvaged fixtures from old Toronto buildings. The owners wanted their space to match their food philosophy.

Church Restoration

St. Margaret's Anglican Church

This project was special. The congregation had been there since 1885, and the building needed serious structural work. We stabilized the foundation and restored those gorgeous stained glass windows - each one took months.

Streetscape Design

Bloor West Streetscape

Worked with the BIA to make the street more walkable. Wider sidewalks, better lighting, places to actually sit down. Small changes, big difference.

Loft Renovation

Liberty Village Loft

Former factory space that needed to feel like home, not a warehouse. Kept the exposed brick and beams but added warmth with natural materials. Energy-efficient everything without losing that industrial edge.

Queen West Boutique

Tight budget, tighter timeline. Got creative with modular fixtures and flexible layouts so they can change things up seasonally. Sometimes constraints breed the best ideas.

Edwardian Home

The Annex Edwardian

Family of five in a century home that hadn't been updated since the '50s. Kept all the original moldings and hardwood, modernized everything else. Kitchen took forever but worth every second.
